Good food, very friendly and helpful service and crew. Very clean in the dining room as well as what you can see in the kitchen. While the food isn't FANTASTIC by any stretch, it IS very good and tasty for a fast food joint. But, who DOESN'T just LOVE their ice cream, Sundaes, Blizzards, etc.?!?! SIMPLY TO DIE FOR!! Also, one other thing I'd like to comment on is just how very well staffed they are. It often looks as if half of Cardinal High School is employed here! That translates to very good, fast, and (normally but no way always) accurate orders. But, EVERYBODY makes mistakes and the occasional error is nothing to be terribly upset about unless it becomes a frequent pattern of inattention to detail, negligence, or recklessness and not giving a crap...at which time it does become a problem...thankfully, I haven't had that problem here, unlike the place a few hundred feet down the road and across the street!!

New store with an awesome manager! I believe they're a year old in the newly constructed building and the newly appointed manager and it's a great place to get that burger or basket of chicken served up hot, finishing with a cone or a blizzard. How could you say no to that! Clean store, friendly staff and awesome food. Win win!

The new salted caramel drink is delicious and my food tasted amazing best dq food I have had in a long time. Definitely recommend it while its still new and has a good crew on nights very well ran

The young lady that took our order sounded happy and he pitch was just awesome. Her voice, everything about the transaction was fantastic. I had a nutty buddy milk shake and Mr Man had a peanut butter cookie dough party blizzard. Fantastic. Good job Newton Falls Ohio USA
